1. Introduction

3. Scope of Services

CADTechPro provides CAD design, modeling, drafting, prototyping, and related consultancy services. The nature and scope of services shall be defined in individual project contracts or proposals.

4. Conclusion of Contract

A contract between you and CADTechPro is established either:

• Upon acceptance of a written quotation or proposal from CADTechPro, or

• Upon written confirmation of an order by the client and acceptance by CADTechPro

Verbal agreements require written confirmation.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in [USD/EUR/AED – choose one].
Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoicing

• Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable commercial laws

• Any bank charges for international transfers must be borne by the client

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the intellectual property of CADTechPro until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for the agreed purpose.

CADTechPro retains the right to use non-confidential project materials in anonymized portfolios or case studies.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of the project. This obligation survives termination of the contract.

8. Warranties and Liability

• CADTechPro provides services using commercially reasonable care and skill.

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

• CADTechPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for service execution

• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

• Notify us immediately of any defects or issues

Delays due to the client's failure to fulfill obligations may result in extended deadlines.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party:

• Breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days

• Becomes insolvent or ceases operations

In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of completed work up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflict of law rules.

For contracts with EU or German clients, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) applies unless explicitly excluded.

Disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Sharjah, UAE, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes to These Terms

CADTechPro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision.
